Check your order at delivery

You can open your order and try on clothing before the courier leaves to make sure the size fits.

• Exception: underwear and swimwear cannot be opened or tried on, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Beauty products: you can check that the items and quantities are correct without opening the products.

Returns at delivery

• Any item that doesn't fit or that you don't want can be handed back to the courier, and its price will be deducted from your invoice.
• If you refuse the whole order, you only pay the shipping fees.
• Once the courier leaves, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

Fair use

To keep this service fair for everyone, you need to keep at least 60% of the items in your order. Customers who repeatedly order many items and keep very few may not have future orders confirmed.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, hand it back to the courier and contact us on WhatsApp right away.
